Adapalene is a form of drug that is used to treat acne. It functions by stopping the pimples that arise from under the skin. Adapalene is available in various forms such as creams, liquid or as a gel which is applied to the skin. The liquid solution usually comes with an applicator in a glass bottle. It must be used according to the prescription of the doctor but generally it is applied before going to bed. When using the liquid gently apply the liquid using the applicator provided. Within few seconds you may feel mild stinging and warmth over the skin which completely normal. When using pledget it must be thrown away after use and must never use it for the second time. And before going in for treatment you let the doctor of any kind of allergies you may suffer from using adapalene. If you are already taking some other medications like herbal medicine, vitamins, etc. for any other complaints you have to inform the doctor in advance. When you some serious complaints like diabetes, cancer, etc. it is a must to inform the doctor. Pregnancy, planning to get pregnant or even if you become pregnant during the treatment you must let the doctor know of it.The doctor may suggests some special diets for this which must be strictly followed. Adapalene must be stored in a tight container to preserve its purity if not it may lead to some dangerous side effects.
